Leather dried & cracked, front joint cracked, cover held only by single binding cord, chipping at spine head & foot. Poor physical condition, good example of an American instructional book which has literally been read to the point of falling apart. Text block paper is age toned as typical, internally book remains mostly clean, tight and sound. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina, but is in poor antiquarian condition.
