Legacy VI: In The Shadow of The Light

Every light casts a shadow. Every guardian has an end.

Battered and branded a defier by the Celestial Council, Raith escapes to Halcyon, a remote world where he can finally rest and decide his next move. There, far from the wars of the cosmos, we see the guardian as few ever have: gentle, generous, and quietly heartbroken. Crossing into the realm of dreams, he seeks out the one voice he has never stopped missing, Akidarai, the love he lost long ago.

But peace never lasts for Raith.

Malakor the Voidweaver now walks openly in his path, and the hunt runs in both directions. Chase by chase, near miss by near miss, the two brothers of creation and destruction close the distance until they finally collide. Raith proves why he is the strongest of the Cosmic Twelve. And Malakor learns that if he can’t beat Raith in a fair fight, he won’t fight fair.

A trap is set. A secret is kept. And on a small blue planet far away, six crystals begin to glow.

The second chapter of Legacy VI, a mature, character-driven superhero saga about family, legacy, and the cost of power.
