About the Author
Bert P. Krages II attended law school at the University of Oregon and holds other degrees from Northwestern University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His law practice concentrates on intellectual property issues but he also handles other kinds of law, such as general litigation and environmental regulation. He is recognized nationally as an advocate of the right to take photographs in public places and has appeared in media such as National Public Radio's Morning Edition, Popular Photography, Shutterbug, and Wired. He resides in Portland, OR.
