About the Author

Bert P. Krages II attended law school at the University of Oregon and holds other degrees from Northwestern University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is recognized nationally as an advocate of the right to take photographs in public places and has appeared in media such as National Public Radio's Morning Edition, Popular Photography, Shutterbug, and Wired. He resides in Portland, OR.
