The condition is near fine. The pages are clean and free of all marks, tears, and folds. There is a book plate on the front inside cover. The green cloth cover has a decorated front in yellow and shades of green. It has a small brown stain on front and the spine has faded to yellow but is still very legible. The corners are sharp and the binding is tight.
