Legs on a Table : Four Pillars to Transform Dreams into Reality

It doesn’t matter where you started, how many times you’ve been knocked down, or how deep a hole you’re in right now—Legs on a Table is here to show you that moving forward is not just possible, it’s absolutely within your reach. Vince Sardo, a retired firefighter who’s been through the fire himself—literally and figuratively—knows what it takes to rebuild from rock bottom. After dying from a drug overdose and being brought back to life, Vince had to start over from scratch. This book is his way of sharing the lessons he’s learned and the wisdom he’s gathered from others who’ve done the same.

Legs on a Table isn’t just about Vince’s journey. It’s also about the 18 "Everyday Champions" he personally interviewed—people who have faced their own battles and found a way to come out on top. You’ll meet John Basalyga, who turned modest beginnings into a real estate empire; Joseph Barna, a World War II veteran who, at 93, became an award-winning published author; and Dr. Jill Murray, who went from driving a UPS truck to leading Lackawanna College as its President. These are just a few of the stories you’ll encounter—each one a testament to the power of resilience, determination, self-belief, and inspired action. They’ve shared their journeys specifically for you, offering insights that are as practical as they are inspiring.

At the heart of this book are four pillars—Resilience, Determination, Self-Belief, and Inspired Action - each as essential as the legs on a table. Vince walks you through how to strengthen these pillars with actionable steps and real-life examples from those who’ve been there. And as you turn the pages, you’ll find a special 30-Day Action Plan—a powerful guide to help you start building the future you’ve always imagined.

Whether you’re picking yourself up after a fall, starting from scratch, or just looking for the next step to move closer to your dreams, Legs on a Table offers you the tools you need. Vince’s approach is heartfelt, relatable, and completely doable—no matter where you are in life or what you’re aiming for.

The life you’ve always wanted is within reach. Let’s start building it together.
