The Length of Now is a collection of David Ralph Johnson's writings since his last book, Grand View. The stories and poems are varied in subject and length; touching on heartbreak, time travel, car wrecks, green beans, rogue bullets, and other such topics rattling around in the junk drawer of his mind. There's no underlying theme lacing things together. Rather, each work stands alone, dusted off and in the light of day for your consideration. Photos worth a thousand words included.
