Pp. [25]-48; 16 x 11.25 in.; illustrated, stapled self-wrapper. Contents include an article on Seth Low's mayoral campaign. Low was mayor of New York City from 1902-1903. Before that, he was mayor of Brooklyn (before its merger to become part of NYC), and also president of Columbia University. He gifted Low Memorial Library to the university. Also included is a piece on actress Ellen Terry. An unusually well-preserved copy, with only minor wear and mild age-toning around the edges.

Orders usually ship within 3 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service Media Mail or US Postal Service Ground Advantage. Shipping cost to US addresses for the first book is $7.00 and $1.50 for each additional book. Insurance is additional at customer request only.
