A current associate in Korn Ferry's Global Associate Network, he spent nearly six years with Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting. There, he served as vice president of research and development, leading the development of assessments, human resources tools, and thought leadership. In addition, the author has presented at numerous national and international conferences, has published dozens of articles and book chapters, has served on expert panels and editorial boards, and has coauthored four other books on talent management and leadership development. He currently holds three master's degrees and a PhD.
