About the Author

Originally from Chile, Dr. Estay resides in Alberta, Canada, enjoying her extended family, including her beautiful grandsons, Jacob and Drayden. She has been a practicing psychologist for the past thirty years. Dr. Estay has dedicated a great portion of her career understanding her personal journey and translating her experiences in powerful lessons that have helped thousands of individuals attending Empowerment Seminars. She is a member of the Lions Club of Calgary which has supported her work since the onset of the Seminars. In addition to facilitating the Seminars, she is a Consultant in Organizational Development and Adjunct Professor at the University of Calgary teaching Counseling Skills and Professional Ethics for Psychologists.
