The Lessons Learned Life Plan: Generation Building

What can we give the next generation while we are still here to guide them?

Returning home after twelve years abroad, Simon Card looks again at family, inheritance, education, money, and the conversations earlier generations did not always have. He sees how much of a family's future is shaped by choices made while there is still time to teach and explain.

In this fifth book of The Lessons Learned Life Plan, he reflects on what his family received and the choices he and Cheryl are making for their sons. He considers the difference between leaving possessions and preparing people—and how each generation can offer the next a stronger place to begin.
