About the Author

Jim Brault has spent nearly two decades searching out and sharing with others what he calls "The Path of Mastery" - keys to obtaining both peak performance and the inner peace that allows you to enjoy those results with the ones you care most about. His journey has led him to study with some of the most gifted teachers of our time, including Kung Fu teacher Francis Fong, world reknowned martial artist, author and actor Dan Inosanto, best selling author and speaker Anthony Robbins, and leading expert on Yoga and meditation, author and teacher Gurucharan Singh Khalsa.

Jim Brault is a certified instructor in Kundalini Yoga and Wing Chun Kung Fu, and has been teaching martial arts since 1983. He received a degree in Psychology from SUNY Binghamton, and a Master's Degree from Cornell University.
