Lessons From the School of Hardknocks (0)

What if we could increase the percentage of the times when we have a good idea versus a bad idea? What if we could increase the number of times that we have joy, versus the times that we have sadness? What if we could increase the times that we have strength, and decrease the times that we have weakness? What if we could increase the times that we have peace, versus the times we experience drama? What if we could increase the positivity in all of our actions, versus the amount of time we spend producing negativity for ourselves and in other people's lives. What if we could increase the percentage of the times that we made a better choice? Lessons From the School of Hard Knocks is the stimulus for your Body, Mind, and Spirit to take notice of opportunities to examine the subconscious behaviors that affect our free will of choice. This book is designed to give advice and instruction to help us understand how our thoughts are influenced, how our behavior patterns are developed, and provide awareness of our power to change our thoughts and behaviors. We can achieve positive outcomes in our lives if we understand the role of our brain and how it functions in developing our thoughts. Once we understand this, we can intentionally transition our thoughts from the influences of society (third-party programming) to the influence of something bigger than ourselves, guided by an unchanging and consistent concept of love. We have the power to change and control the influences on our thought processes. Lessons From the School of Hard Knocks is designed to provide the answers and tools we need to overcome a hard knock life.
