A Letter To R. M. Beverley: Containing Strictures On His Letter To His Royal Highness The Duke Of Gloucester (1834)

""A Letter to R. M. Beverley: Containing Strictures on His Letter to His Royal Highness The Duke of Gloucester"" is a book written by Francis Russell Hall in 1834. The book is a response to R. M. Beverley's letter addressed to the Duke of Gloucester. In his letter, Beverley had criticized the government's decision to appoint Lord Melbourne as the Prime Minister. Hall's book is a critique of Beverley's letter, and he argues against Beverley's views on the appointment of Lord Melbourne. Hall provides a detailed analysis of the political situation at the time and presents his own arguments in favor of Lord Melbourne's appointment. The book is an important historical document that sheds light on the political and social climate of the early 19th century. It is a must-read for anyone interested in British history and politics. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
