Leather has age discoloration with faint dampstain and circular mark on rear board. 94 numbered pages with numerous folding charts throughout. Pages and endpapers are foxed, with less foxing on charts. This early report of Indian affairs refers to an 1802 act "to regulate trade and intercourse with the Indian tribes and to preserve peace on the frontier." The charts are of disbursements, from salaries of Indian agents and land purchases to "Articles Purchased as Presents to Indians."
