Side-stitched pamphlet; disbound from leather bound volume, some glue and leather adheres to back; tightly bound; all edges trimmed (31 cm x 18 cm). All pages very clean, bright; final page (back cover) has partially visible ghost from previously adjacent document. CF, OCLC #79359382; not in Greely Pub Docs at p. 610, but see p. 596 under Senate docs. Per U Mich control # 002411837: Shaw and Shoemaker #27178, 27180. Report includes accounts of Tobias Lear, consul general at Algiers, and James Simpson, consul at Tangier. Rare.
