Pages are clean, bindings are tight. A cornerstone for any collection of theatrical history or 18th-century literature. Overall Condition: Very Good / Good+ (Solid collector’s set) Slipcase: Original publisher’s slipcase is included. Bottom of the slipcase is missing. It shows moderate shelf wear, with some scuffing and minor fraying at the edges and corners. The paper label on the front remains largely intact and legible. Bindings: All three volumes are firmly bound in original olive-drab cloth. The spines feature bright, clear gilt lettering. There are minor shelf marks and very light bumping to the spine ends. Text Blocks: The top edges of the pages show some light dust-spotting and minor foxing, which is typical for a 1963 edition. The fore-edges are clean. Interior: Based on the exterior view, the pages appear crisp and tightly bound. There is no visible evidence of heavy water damage, though some light tanning due to age is present.
