This is a collection of many of the letters addressed to different officials of the Islamic state by Hadrad Umar Farooq (RAA) during the period of his Khilafat (from 13 AH to 23 AH) in a way it reflects the workings of managing the affairs of different groupings based on ethnic and linguistic tendencies through the linking force of Islam. The nature of the letters are brief and compact perhaps because Paper was not yet widely used and available.
