Deluxe Nottingham Press Edition with Plate Illustrations by W. Kirkpatrick. Tight hardcover in good condition. 8vo. 254pp. Green cloth boards and backstrip with maroon long rectangular title plate with gilt lettering on the backstrip. Tops of the the leaves are gilt. Plate frontispiece with original tissue as well as 3 plate illustrations in text - all printed on coated stock. Book is very tight. The boards have some light fading all around the outside edges of the boards as well as some edgewear with bumped corners. The back board has a 3/8" indentation. The backstrip has edgewear & fading - the title plate is bright & colorful. The previous owner inked out name close to top edge of inside front board. Leaves are in very good condition with no markings. Ships within 24 hours. Scanned photos available upon request.
