About the Author
Vincent M. Smiles is professor emeritus of theology at Saint John’s School of Theology and Seminary, Collegeville, Minnesota. He is the author of The Bible and Science, and First Thessalonians, Philippians, Second Thessalonians, Colossians, Ephesians, and Letters from Prison, Part One and Part Two from the New Collegeville Bible Commentary series published by Liturgical Press.

This is the cost of the Global Priority Flat Rate Box. I agree that this shipping cost seems excessive, but this is what the Postal Service charges me, and this is the cheapest rate I have been able to locate for large books weighing over 1.8 KG.
