The Discovery Writers are a group of ladies from Stevensville, Montana, who combine their various talents and interests to weave an intriguing story of the Lewis & Clark Expedition's difficult journey through the Bitterroot Mountains. They are Jeanne O'Neill, Jean Clary, Patricia Hastings, Diann Ladd, Katie White and Riga Winthrop.
