About the Author

Harney J. Corwin is an educator who holds a doctorate in applied linguistics from the University of Texas. Ancestors on both sides of his family settled in Lewis County in the mid-1800s. He currently owns Classic Nature Prints, an online source of antique botanical and zoological prints. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the back roads of Lewis County.
