Lexicon Lingvae Votiacorum is a historical dictionary of the Votic language, also known as Votyak. Commissioned by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, this lexicon by Bernát Munkácsi represents a significant contribution to the study of Finno-Ugric languages. This detailed dictionary provides valuable insights into the vocabulary and structure of the Votic language, offering a resource for linguists and historians interested in the linguistic landscape of Eastern Europe.

The dictionary's historical value lies in its documentation of a language spoken by a small population, providing a snapshot of the Votic language at a specific point in time. It remains a crucial resource for researchers studying language evolution, comparative linguistics, and the cultural history of the Votic people.
