About the Author

At his sixteen years of age, Travis Williams wrote and illustrated CHANGES and won THE 1992 NATIONAL WRITTEN & ILLUSTRATED BY...AWARDS CONTEST FOR STUDENTS in the 14 to 19 age category.

Travis was the Contest's first Canadian winner and lives in Sardis, British Columbia. Travis attended Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in pursuit of a medical degree.
