The Library Elf (Paperback)

Paperback. Not everyone treats library books the way they should: they tear them, mark in them, turn down the pages and stretch their spines. But in one old library in one old town, a Library Elf makes his nightly rounds to care for and comfort his friends, the books. This delightful story of the Library Elf introduces young readers to an engaging and memorable character as well as concepts about caring for books and treating them with respect. It forms the basis of a lesson plan for school and public librarians to teach a unit on proper care of library materials. This item is printed on demand.
