No copyright information - appears to be from the 1960's or 1970's. Stapled to the front cover is a note with Arabian Gulf Exploration Company (AGECO) at top and a London address at bottom. The note has "with compliments" printed on it, and "Mr. F. A. Yasmina" typed on it. The book is basically a travel guide to Libya, with an ad for Libyan Arab Airlines on rear cover. 134 pages plus publisher's order form on last page.
