THE LIE ON YOUR PLATE

The Real Human Diet Based on Evolution, Metabolism, and Recovery
By Donald V. Dunham

For decades, people have been told they are eating wrong, too much meat, not enough plants, too much fat, not enough fiber. They were promised that if they followed the guidelines, their health would improve.

Instead, chronic illness exploded.

The Lie on Your Plate confronts the uncomfortable truth: much of what modern society calls "healthy food" is biologically incompatible with the human body. The problem isn't willpower. It isn't moderation. It isn't failure to follow the rules.

The problem is that the rules themselves are wrong.

This book dismantles nutritional myths using evolutionary biology, human metabolism, and real physiological evidence, not trends or ideology. It explains why humans evolved on animal foods, why plant defense chemicals matter, why fiber and grains are not universally beneficial, and why so many people feel worse when they "eat clean."

Inside this book, you'll learn:

• What humans actually evolved to eat, and why that matters
• How modern food guidelines reversed biological priorities
• Why plant toxins, antinutrients, and seed oils are ignored in mainstream nutrition
• The metabolic damage caused by chronic sugar and carbohydrate dependence
• Why many people improve when they remove plants instead of adding more
• How to rebuild health through nutrient-dense, species-appropriate food

This is not a diet book.
It is not a trend.
It is not a set of rules to follow blindly.

The Lie on Your Plate is a recovery manual for people who trusted the system, and paid the price.

If you've done everything "right" and still feel wrong, this book explains why.
