Life in Balance: Creating Inflection Points to Control Your Physical and Fiscal Fitness

Life in Balance offers a plan to achieve your physical and financial goals for you and your family. Joe and Vivian Rinaldo have worked together in assisting their daughter Juliet’s loss of 107 pounds and keeping it off for over 20 years!

As Team Rinaldo, they have learned about many dietary restrictions – gluten-free, hypoglycemia, nut intolerance, dairy-free, spicy food aversion, and lettuce avoidance. Additionally, they’ve seen first-hand that eating healthy has to be combined with exercise. Juliet’s journey from heavy to healthy involved a wide variety of exercises they recount in Life in Balance in hopes of helping you and your family.

Fiscal stability constitutes the other half of their story. The most important takeaway from Life in Balance for your financial well-being is that your goal is within reach! This book explains how your fiscal plan involves a single strategy that coordinates differing aspects of managing your money. Becoming debt-free, investing for your future, and having fun now can all be part of the plan with an emphasis on your long-term goal.

Life in Balance guides you to physical and fiscal inflection points by detailing how to improve your self-control. After reading this book, you will agree that sacrifice, self-denial, discipline, and impulse control are not dirty words. As you gain more control over your health and finances, you will be encouraged by your success in finishing the journey to reach your goals.
