This story involves a young man who, while in the army, encountered a group of church members, who arranged a marriage between him and a young woman. He later realized that the church and his wife were very dark. In time, he and his wife left the church, but not before a series of rather strange and bizarre psychological thriller and suspense-based events took place that plagued him. In time he gathered enough strength prior to meeting a business and ladies' man that helped him position himself to live a stronger and brighter life. He finally meets a woman of his choosing which proved to be the start of a life worthy of having left behind what he encountered previously. This is the beginning of a series of life as seen through the eyes of Benjamin.

About the Author

Benjamin Samuel Brasford lived a relatively normal childhood but then went through some major changes and battles in the early stages of adulthood. After having been involved in a complex family situation for many years, he was finally able to free himself and begin to live life on his own terms. During the latter period of that toxic part of Benjamin's life, he began doing intense research in an effort to learn more about and understand life from his own unique lens, a lens which, in many ways, mirrored that of Christianity. After years of study, Ben decided to begin writing about what he had learned with a desire to assist others in their journey. He now has three books which form The Work Series, all available on Amazon.
