Bindings heavily rubbed, corners and edges bumped, spine partly chipped and somewhat damaged ( volume 1 with missing part on the spine ), capitals damaged. Ownership notes inside, paper somewhat browned in places, some pages somewhat foxed or brown-stained. The 2 medallion plates more heavily browned, the large map with several tears, more heavily stained. Volumes 1 and 3 more heavily brownstained towards the centrefold in the upper area.
