Wrappers. Photographic rear cover, brown spine, brown and photographic front cover are all clean, bright, and glossy. Book has just a trace of rubbing at the head and tail of the spine and in some places around the outside edges. Binding is straight and tight. 2016 produced facsimile copy printed from a digital file created at the Library of Congress as a part of "an extensive scanning effort started with a generous donation from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation." Book has a couple light smudges on the outside edge of the textblock but pages are all clean, white, and crisp inside. 322 pages. Published in two volumes - this is a facsimile copy of Volume 1. Not terribly common.

Shipping rates are based on the average book weight of 2 pounds. Purchase of large and/or heavy books may involve a request for increased shipping based on the actual cost. We will never send you a request for additional shipping that exceeds the actual cost of shipping your book. All outbound shipping is directed to the United States Postal Service, and all parcels are trackable. Although the tracking numbers are used internally, we're happy to provide them to any of our clients upon request. Our store is closed on Sunday and Monday. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be filled either Monday or Tuesday (no later than Tuesday) depending upon internal activity.
