Both volumes contain a colour frontispiece, as well as all other twenty-four colour plates to I and all fourteen other colour plates to II. Collated complete. Captain Jesse's biography is considered the definitive work on the preeminent dandy, famed for his charming wit, extraordinary fashion sense, and his friendship with George IV.
