c. 1928. Melbourne. MacMillan & Co. LTD. xv, 382pp. Cover dimensions just under 9" x 6" (22.1 x 14.8cm). Ex-company library copy, rubber stamped on half-title (no exterior markings, no pocket). Front cover mottled, flyleaf torn out, front hinge cracked but holding, "please do not turn pages down" handwritten on blank prelim (everyone in the company obliged), endpapers foxed (all issues shown in photos). Text unmarked, a quite serviceable copy.
