I've written this book because lots of people are facing problems. Everyone seems to be upset. In today's era man is surrounded by many problems, even our youth have many problems like Stress, Anxiety, and Depression. Today's youth is getting confused, why? Today's youth is not able to control the mind, but the path is being misguided.
