Life

It is when we pause and reflect insightfully on our life that we allow ourselves to begin to unravel the answer to one of life's most often asked questions: "What is my life all about?"

This book is a collection of 50 insightful photographs of various people from around the world, and accompanying reflective statements that relate to the diversity of humanity. As you view each photograph and read the related statement in silent contemplation, you will allow the hidden feelings and emotions to emerge from your heart. It is the awareness of these responses that enable you to evaluate your own life in an introspective way.

The left page of the book displays a photograph while reflective statement is given on the right. Each statement begins with: Life is... followed by prose that relates directly to the photograph; then the turning point, But... will take your mind in a different direction. It is at this point, emotions are being awakened in response the photograph and what the statement is revealing to you.

Below the reflective statement are three lines for your personal thoughts.

This book is about self-discovery, NOT self-improvement;

Empower you to take control of your life as
