Cloth hardcover with gilt lettering has many stains/marks. Cloth is tearing at corners/edges. Pencil and pen marks in top right corner of front end paper, which has a noticeable yellowed/browned rectangle covering most of the page. A few pages have brown stains which cannot be identified. Pages are otherwise clean without notes or highlighting. Binding intact. We are a Benedictine Abbey and Seminary library in Oregon. We appreciate your support.
