828 pgs., plus index, double column, pages clean, bound in 3/4 tan leather, dark yellow cloth, outer top page edges gilded, 5 raised bands on spine, nicely gilded, some edge wear along top edge of spine, light wear otherwise a nice copy. Boards tight to spine no splits.
