Tony Noreiga grew up in the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago. Having migrated at the age of twelve, he has spent most of his life in the United States. Prior to college, he served four years in the United States Navy. He later graduated from Iowa Podiatric Medical School and has practiced as a foot surgeon for twenty plus years.
