The book is unique in that it is one of the first to tackle the counter-intuitive nature of the most important lessons in business and life.
This book will help readers understand things they haven't been able to understand before and create real breakthroughs in their thinking and actions, i.e. in their lives. In other words, readers will notice their tendency toward automatic responses in many situations, and will be able to create for themselves a vastly different, more effective response
Each of the 10 chapters will feature an important paradox. They start with a description of the paradox, followed by real-life examples from life, business and sports, and include a recap of how to exploit the paradox for satisfaction and success. At the end of the book, exercises are included that can help readers further adapt the principles learned into their own personal and professional lives.
