Life Is Simple, People Complicate It

Life is Simple. People Complicate It. is a raw, honest memoir that strips away the noise to reveal what truly matters. Written by Ram, a corporate leader turned entrepreneur and coach, this book chronicles a journey shaped by early loss—losing his mother at three and father at nineteen—and the wisdom forged through building a life from nothing. Through eight compelling chapters covering Life, Values, Self, Career, Friends, Health, Circumstances, and Family, Ram shares intimate stories from his 40+ years: This isn't a self-help manual with easy answers. It's a mirror reflecting back the complications we create around fundamentally simple truths. Ram draws from his father's timeless principles—"Aim but don't chase," "Seek, Accept, Believe"—while navigating modern challenges of burnout, identity, and meaning.Listen to everyone but do what your inner voice tells you. Take decisions , success is yours and failure is also yours. For anyone feeling stuck in complexity, exhausted by performance, or searching for clarity amid chaos, this book offers something rare: permission to return to simple. Because life was never meant to be this complicated.
