A Life Spent Surviving

What happens when survival becomes your only skill?

A life spent surviving is a power memoir of addiction displacement, and resilience.

Moving through cities that never margins-where safety is temporary, connection is fragile,

and hope must be handled carefully.

With stark honesty and quiet compassion, this book explores what it means to lose

everything and still keep going.

It is a testament to the strength found in shored silence, small kindnesses, and the

decision to stay alive one more day.

This is not a story hitting rock-bottom it is about climbing -slowly, imperfectly-

back to self.

A mother of 3 beautiful daughters when I lost them I lost myself.
