Life Sucks, Life is Amazing: The Power of Perspective & Letting Happiness Happen (Living Your Fullest Life)

Through a wide range of life experiences, Mike Sprouse has known joy, success, achievement, money, fame, and loving friends and family. His life is based on dedication and devotion to humility, the importance of service, inner resolve, and empathy for others. In what seemed like a flash, however, life changed for him. A poignant period in his life accompanied by feelings of hopelessness culminated shortly after a near-fatal tipping point occurred. Grasping the hand of a minister at his bedside in a hospital emergency room set forth a course in the weeks, months and years that followed to emotionally rebuild and learn about his mind, perspectives on life, and what happiness meant. It was not too late. The rebirth of his life’s essence was characterized by spiritual awakening, insight into the human mind including his own, PTSD and trauma counseling, and the barriers one subconsciously constructs that block happiness. The result is this book: a stirring and thoughtful personal look at how the power of perspective impacts all areas of your life and the happiness which can happen as a result. Containing helpful lessons, insights, stories, and new approaches to train the mind, “Life Sucks, Life is Amazing” is Volume I in the “Living Your Fullest Life” series.
