Life is like .: Thoughts on an Intriguing Race

Life is Like... is a personal perspective on people’s everyday behaviour, traits, and foibles. Sometimes autobiographical and occasionally blunt, hopefully amusing and always real, this is a social commentary through observation of people, looking both inward and outward.

Life is Like… is an unselfconscious look at relationships, addictions, good versus bad, racism, arrogance, dream-crushing, painful nostalgia, unreasonable behaviour, debilitating habits, breaking habits, internet heroism, weight loss et al., where everything is discussed with refreshing honesty and relates to real life. You might find yourself in here somewhere.

Life is Like… reflects the world we live in, recalls the past, and is both serious and playful. It is underpinned by a genuine yearning for a better world, which it so could be.
