My Life in Words

Author Robert Gillette shares with readers an everyday book of poetry, My Life in Words. His book is a compilation of select poems that almost anyone can relate to. The poems contained within the collection are reflections on the author's thoughts and his daily experiences. The words and rhythm contained in the compilation are designed to bring back memories and give readers a feeling of something they have not experienced or seen before. Reflective and insightful, My Life in Words is the author's first published piece. It is the latest addition to Xlibris' growing collection of poem compilations.

Robert Gillette has been writing poems for several years. He grew up in Colorado, where most of his family still lives. He derived most of his inspiration from the mountains that surrounded his hometown. He now resides in Virginia, not far from Washington, D.C., another place where he draws his inspiration.
