an unusual hardback copy, possibly the final proof before publication, printed blue housing with cord ties to the leading edges, inside of which is a paper wallet which contains the disbound complete book in the order that it appears in the bound edition, complete with the endpapers & advertisement, the plates to the rear. The covers unevenly faded, splitting to the lower joint and lacking a half inch piece at the head of the spine, internally very good, clean and unmarked.
