This is all three volumes of Jones's definitive biography, in the sturdy slipcase and with dust jackets. Volume 1 is a 13th printing April 1960, Volume 2 is an 8th printing April 1960, and Volume 3 is a 2nd printing June 1960. The books are square; a former owner name on the front endpapers, else unmarked; corners sharp, spine ends lightly bumped. The dust jackets are not price-clipped (original price of $6.75 for Volumes 1 and 2, $7.50 for Volume 3); some chipping and edgewear; a corner crease to the front flap of Volume 1; a small puncture tear and some fading to the spine of Volume 3; all are Brodart protected. Some wear and soiling to the slipcase.
