The winner of The Most Frequently Asked Question For Unconditionally Loving Distance Running is... "What in the heck can you possibly ponder to keep you running for all that time without going nuts?"

"Everything. Nothing. You name it. What doesn't a person think about when they run?" This written journey was an invitation to answer that question with personal transparency. This ten year compilation of reflections was birthed after laborious miles running in the sun. A few topics originated during Midwest winters while running a bob and weave pattern to try to stay warm and dodge frozen cow pies.

This written potpourri was intended to be lighthearted and comical, sometimes filled with random silliness. Over years of running, there have accumulated many fresh insights and a discovery of an intensely spiritual side that was not expected nor sought.
