Synopsis:

Discover the Richness of All That God Made You to Be

People in all times have wanted to contribute to their world in their own unique ways. But today that wish is a necessity. The marketplace demands we communicate our distinctiveness. Our own search for purpose pushes us to understand our lives. And God invites us to discover how He has uniquely created us.

LifeKeys Discovery Workbook puts the exercises of LifeKeys in a convenient workbook form. Created as a response to demand from megachurches and parachurch organizations, the LifeKeys Discovery Workbook can be used on its own or as a handy companion to the instruction, inspiration, and expanded inventories of the acclaimed LifeKeys book.

Author Kise, Stark, and Hirsh bring to LifeKeys years of helping people in church and business to discover who they are, where they fit best, and how they can live more effectively. Their book will help readers who are:

Longing to find or deepen meaning in life

Considering volunteer opportunities inside or outside of church

Contemplating career changes, or

Desiring to develop their usefulness to God.

"LifeKeys shows readers how to discover their gifts and talents and calling and become everything they were meant to be when God first thought of them. This well-written and thoroughly researched book will help legions of people step into that extraordinary place called personal fulfillment."

Bruce Larson, Pastor

About the Author: David Stark is the associate pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in Edina, Minnesota. The founder and director of training for Church Innovations, he has led dozens of workshops and seminars throughout the United States and has developed masters for small groups that are used by churches from a variety of denominations.

Stark's work with the LifeKeys program comes from a recognition that most people spend their lives in a field or profession that is mismatched with their personal gifts. His desire to help people find their match that will ensure their work will be more meaningful and enduring. Stark holds an M.Div from Princeton Theological Seminary and has published a number of resources for groups including, Advanced Small Group Leaders Training, Beginning a Men's Group, and People Together, a seven-volume series.

Stark lives in Minnesota with his wife, Janet, and two sons, Daniel and Kevin.

Jane Kise learned about finding her God-given gifts and missions from her family. Growing up, she and her four brothers were encouraged to seek where they could serve best. During her research for LifeKeys, she confirmed what she already God had in mind for her mission.

Currently, Kise is a free-lance writer and management consultant for strategic planning, employer/employee relations and finance. Before publishing LifeKeys, she cowrote a book on personality in the workforce. She holds a bachelor's degree in English and business administration and a master's in finance. In addition to her free-lance work, she is an adjunct professor of English at Bethel College in St. Paul.

Sandra Krebs Hirsh heads a management consulting firm and holds graduate degrees in American Studies and Industrial Relations. Her book on the Myer-Briggs™ type indicator has sold over a million copies.
