"Life's a Fish and Then You Fry" takes a romp through the culinary curiosities of coastal Alaska. With snappy cooking tips from Randy Bayliss, and the weird and wonderful art of Ray Troll, this is not your mother's cookbook.
RANDY BAYLISS's creative, "galley-tested" recipes have appeared in the Juneau Empire, Alaska Fisherman's Journal, Alaska magazine, National Fisherman, and Sea Kayaker. He splits his time between New Mexico and Juneau.
RAY TROLL has been a cannery worker and a guitarist in several failed rock bands, but finally found success painting fish, of all things. Now he owns his own art gallery, the Soho Coho, and makes a living as a full-time fish-obsessed artist. Other books include SHARKABET (see page 29), Planet Ocean, Ray Troll's Shocking Fish Tales, and Raptors, Fossils, Fins & Fangs.
