Aretha Lumas is an aspiring author, screenwriter, and poet. Born and raised in Belleville Illinois, Aretha was baptized on June 21, 2009 at Faith United Baptist Church. She accepted her calling from the Lord in November of 2012 and has not looked back. She continues to push forward in ministry and other gifts the Lord has blessed her with. Striving daily to advance in the kingdom of God and deepen her relationship with Jesus Christ. Her first name literally means virtuous, spiritually meaning pure. She has a heart for God and a desire to be apart of God's immaculate plan for the kingdom. The scripture God gave her is Matthew 5:8 "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God."
